friendly staff adds warmth to great location and breakfast is good

Reception team were pretty good. The location allowed easy exploration of local eateries and attractions. Breakfast spread was excellent and satisfying.

It was a pleasant stay, excellent value place. The location was perfect, the staff was affable. Close to a tram station, it was a plus.

The Conti in Cologne had some standout points. I found the staff very helpful, especially when I needed hot water for tea. The location is excellent with close proximity to cool restaurants and local sights. Room comfort was decent, but I encountered some issues. I faced street noise. The mattress was quite hard, and the shower pressure was weak. There were cleanliness concerns too, with stains on the carpet. Wi-Fi was unreliable, leading to connection drops.

I was satisfied with functional and fairly quiet rooms complete with window in the back and tasty mineral water. The location was good for walking around Aachener Weiher. There were a market and several stores around the hotel.

Secure underground parking, proximity to Christmas markets, location within walking distance of city centre

Installing air conditioning could greatly enhance comfort!!! Address the noise disturbances from street and pub activities!!! Some room amenities need updating, like the battered pillows and unreliable shower fixtures!!!

I had a really pleasant stay with clean, spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty . I would definitely return.
